About Us

Amador Rodríguez realized his desire to help people accomplish their dreams at a very early age. He grew up learning about building, remodeling, and repairing homes while working for his uncles’ construction company and from his father. Over the years, Amador’s uncles taught him “every aspect of construction.” This knowledge is imperative when it comes to the makings of a great home inspector. Amador went to school and received a degree in business management and human resources. For 20 years, Amador worked as the facility manager and supervisor of quality control for the entire plant of a major air conditioning company. He then moved on to work in management for a well-known hospital equipment manufacturer. Later, Amador became an international service manager for an HVAC company.

Amador has the ideal background for home inspections, having learned hands-on about how buildings work and developing a keen eye for detail over the course of his lifetime. He also has a genuine desire to help people and to share his specialized knowledge so that homebuyers and homeowners can rest assured that they know exactly what they are getting into with a home purchase. Knowing this, it is not surprising that Amador became a home inspector in February of 2000 and opened the San Antonio area’s A.I.M. for Real Estate Inspections.
